FAQ's - How is Car-lease.biz different?

Car-lease.biz is totally independent of all vehicle manufacturers and finance houses. However, we have access to over 20 major funders such as Lombard, Lex, ING, ALD etc, and we get them to compete for your business.

We are proud to be appointed partners for Lex Vehicle Partners, a division of the UK's largest leasing company.

In addition we are also partners for ING Car Lease, which is a division of ING Bank one of Europe's leading banks, and Pendragon Contracts, the leasing division of Pendragon Plc which is the UK's largest motor distributor.

Using these partnerships, and our access to the whole market, we can scour the markets looking for the best deals, and pass the savings on to you. Our business is set up to be different

We don’t have:- A hugely expensive glossy showroom with espresso and cappuccino machines (although the kettle’s always on in the office if you want to drop in!)
Expensive salespeople being paid high basics and driving around in expensive cars – it’s just us!

All these high overheads have to be paid for by YOU, if you buy a vehicle from a main dealer.

We operate from a small (very good for budget!) office in the beautiful Cheshire Village of Tattenhall. Our service is national, and YOU benefit from our low overheads.

What we don’t skimp on is customer service. We are passionate about providing the best service to keep you coming back for more, and telling all your friends how wonderful we are!

The Motor trade is plagued with frankly appalling standards of customer service, often from some of the so called “prestige” outlets, who should know better.
Car-lease.biz is reliant on Dealers to provide part of our service, and I police them with Car-lease.biz’s rod of iron!

We use the Dealer’s that not only give us the best prices but a good level of service too.

Our systems are highly automated, so that we can concentrate on providing you with the service you deserve not chasing bits of paper around. The cost savings produced are passed on in the form of lower rentals, and enable us to make a buck and still give better service and lower rentals than main dealers.

What we don’t do

• Sell cars for cash – we are not a car brokerage – we earn our living from the provision of finance, so sorry if you are looking to buy outright, then we can’t help. However why would you want to buy a depreciating asset with all the grief of buying and selling when we can do it all for you for such a low monthly price!
• Sleep! Far too busy for that.
• Promise what we can’t deliver
• Provide endless quotes!! Our web site is updated pretty much every day with latest offers, what you see is what you get. If you need a quote for doing more annual mileage than the Starship Enterprise then you are probably in the wrong place.
