FAQ's - Can I use a nominated dealer to purchase my vehicle?

Generally speaking no.

We rely on putting volume through our dealers, which in turn helps them hit sales targets, and enable them to make lots of money out of retail punters (otherwise known in the trade as mugs! – they pay for the fancy showrooms and salesbloke’s coke habit!!).

This also enables us to have some control over the service provision, as we deal with these friendly tamed dealers on a regular basis, and generally enjoy good relationships with them, that benefit you.

Certain Manufacturers (for example BMW) now operate a central fleet invoicing system, and your local dealer is paid a small handling fee for preparing and delivering the car.  In these cases we are happy to use your nominated local dealer.
